Shipping options and rates
The shipping costs may vary depending on the product size, product weight and the selected shipping option. The total amount you'll pay will automatically include the correct postage. The shipping options and costs are directly visible in your shopping cart. We currently offer the following shipping options.
Pick up in Amsterdam: free of charge
You can pick up your parcel for free at Koffie&Zo at Westerdoksdijk 103 in Amterdam. Koffie&Zo is near Amsterdam Central Station, is easily accessible by car and is open Monday till Friday from 8:00 to 17:00 and on Saturday from 10:00 till 17:00. You can pick up your parcel within 14 days after receiving the confirmation from us via mail that your parcel is available at Koffie&Zo.
Hotel deliveries in Amsterdam: free of charge
Are you staying somewhere in Amsterdam where we can drop your parcel at a reception? Then we can pop by and leave your parcel at the reception free of charge. Just let us know first via email@example.com.
Letter: € 1.56 within the Netherlands and € 3.- for international shipping
Some of our products like the U&I in the City tourcards fit through the mailbox and can be sent to you via a letter without a track&trace option. If you choose for this delivery option, the risk of damage and/or loss is for you. If you order 5 or more tourcards your order will be a Large Letter for a Dutch address and a parcel for an address outside the Netherlands.
Large letter: € 3.00 (only available in the Netherlands)
Products that fit through the mailbox are sent as a large letter by PostNL. This service includes a track&trace option. This option is only available for addresses in the Netherlands.
Pickup at a DPD Parcelshop: € 3.50 within the Netherlands and € 7,- for Germany and Belgium.
Your parcel will be send to a DPD PickUp Parcelshop near you. There are different rates for each weight class.
Home delivery: from € 5,- in the Netherlands by PostNL and from € 10, - for European shipments by DHL.
Your parcel will be delivered by PostNL in the Netherlands and by DHL in Europe. There are different rates for each weight class.
Deliveries outside Europe
For shipments outside of Europe please contact us through firstname.lastname@example.org. We will find out which shipping method we can offer you.
If you choose for wrapping service, you can add your personal message in the checkout at the comment field. We'll make sure that your personal message will be written down on the U&I in the City card that we always add with the present.
All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Do you after 5 days still have not received your order? Please contact us via email@example.com.
We do our best to pack our products in the such a way to avoid damages during transport. If you have received a damaged order, you can return the products free of charge. Please contact us on +31 20 772 44 42 or by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org, clearly indicating your order number. We will send a new product within 48 hours after receival of the damaged products. Your shipping costs will be refunded to the bank account specified by you.
Returns are no problem. If you want to return a product for whatever reason, you have the right to return it to us within 14 working days of receipt.
What to do:
1. Let us know your return request via email@example.com, stating the order number and the invoice number, so that we know your return is on its way.
2. Fill in the U&I in the City return document, that was included in your order and send this document back with the returned goods.
3. Send the product back. The product must be returned unused and undamaged. Make sure the products is packed appropriately and return to the address below:

If you have changed your mind before your parcel has arrived, you can use the standard form termination of sales that you can find here.
Please ensure that the postage paid to return the product is adequate. Please keep your proof of postage, if the returned parcel is sent with Track & Trace. We cannot accept returns without adequate postage, nor will these be credited. Risk lies with the person returning the product.
On receipt of your parcel, well let you know via email and will ensure that the purchase amount is transferred to your bank account as soon as possible. Costs for returning goods are payable by the client, but we will cover the postage costs for the original shipment. It may take 10 days before you see the refunds on your bankaccount, depending on your bank or card issuer.
